Abstract :
New linear contactless power supply system realizes contactless power transmission for high speed moving apparatus by the combination of electromagnetic inductive coupling and power electronic techniques. In this paper a linear contactless power supply system for moving apparatus is presented, which allows a transmitted power up to 5 kW for one pick-up coil. Based on power electronics energy conversion technology and inductive coupling technology, the model and the design of the contactless power supply system including the linear contactless transformer, the primary converter and the secondary converter are described in this paper, The work of this paper provides foundation for the optimized design of linear contactless power supply system for moving apparatus.
