The Methane Inductive Long-Range Inspecting System Based on CAN Communication

Abstract :
Based on the DCS system of methane sensors, the system´s communication net was changed to CAN net. It is advantageous for control center to keep fluent communication with far excavate coal spot; it enhances the safety factor and solves the problem of telecommunication. The catalytic burning technique to inspect the concentration of methane is introduced. It is also illuminated how to use MCU and SJA1000CAN controller to construct the communication node of CAN.
