Abstract :
This paper presents a novel Rogowski coil with special core. It contains the advantages of both current transformer with iron-core and air coil. It expresses novel characters in principles that the magnetic source is magnetic-particle, it also can be used effectively in high-frequency band. The lineal extent of magnetic intensity is wide and the distortion of transient current will be reduced comparing to transformer with iron-core. The voltage magnitude of Rogowski coil with special magnetic core in open-circuit have been increased greatly comparing to air coil. So RC integrating device can be used to constitute ideal transient current transformer.
