After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

In the modern information society, the methods of knowledge transmitting becomes more and more diversify. In the process of teaching integrating more communication networks and multimedia by which message can be transmitted that means our study model will massively change. This is a really leap of development. We must aware our modern teaching skills´ cultivate. At present, the majority of teachers pay not enough attention to educational technique training. Schools spend on educational technique training and training content relatively limited. These restricted the development of educational technique and teachers´ professional development. Majority of teachers should be master in the modern information technology as soon as possible to improve the ability of using modern multimedia tools, only in this way we can adapt to the new learning styles of students, so teachers can play the leading role. At the same time, teachers continue to accumulate experience and continuous innovation in the process of the development of technological capabilities. It is enabling teachers to develop professionally.
