  • Abstract
For a software process to be used, it must first be understood by the developers applying it. This paper describes the experiences of a software development organization improving the usability its process definitions. By reducing the complexity of the process definition and organizing information around work products and deliverables, the process descriptions more closely match developers´ information needs
