This paper offers a systematical structure of a mobile solution that describes mobile subset basing on XML. This solution can not only efficiently solve the problem of two-grade synchronization and consistency maintenance on three-grade cache data among mobile client, synchronizing server and center server, but also make full use of cache data conveniently
