Abstract :
The receiver performance can be greatly improved by precisely estimating frequency-selective fading channel information. Parametric identification of time-varying (TV) systems is possible if each TV coefficient can be expanded onto a finite set of basis sequences: wavelet basis, and the channel is changed into constant parameter channel. In this paper, a kind of M-band wavelet: double Haar wavelet based frequency-selective fading channel model is proposed, simulation results show that the proposed algorithm is effective
