After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

This research explains many phenomena in the sports reform through the application of catastrophe theory in the system science. And we think not only contradictory catastrophe but also branching catastrophe take positive promoting function on sports reform, which is under sports curriculum reform this important attractor´s function. In a sense, it promotes harmonious development in the reform of sports curriculum because of the existing catastrophe.
