Abstract
Theoretical expressions for resistor temperature coefficients /spl alpha/ and /spl beta/ and their uncertainties, as a function of the measurement points, are calculated. An expanded version, where the resistance value R(T/sub ref/) is included in the fit together with /spl alpha/ and /spl beta/, is also derived. Two different approaches are discussed and compared.
