  • Abstract
    Based on analyzing the System of Systems (SoS) Capability Gaps (CG), this paper pointed out the important missions and the major difficulties in the process of SoS capability gaps analysis. Then the overall flow of carrying out the SoS CG analysis was created and prompted to guide the relevant researchers to perform CG analysis, which mainly including recognition of capability gaps, description of capability gaps, evaluation of capability gaps, priority assessment of capability gaps, and capability gaps remedy. Furthermore, some basal methods which could be applied to CG analysis were discussed. Especially, the capability gaps prioritization ordering algorithm was researched. Finally, the supporting software to facilitate person´s real application was designed and realized. And some preliminary practices were fulfilled.
