Abstract
A programme of traceable measurements of the complex permittivity of dielectric reference liquids from 30 MHz to 5.0 GHz and 10 - 50 /spl deg/C has been completed and the results have been tabulated in an NPL report. This paper discusses the measurement techniques, which were based on coaxial-lines, and the outcome of the work.
