Abstract :
This paper introduces new PMSM with high dynamic performance, and its rotor structure adopts the optimal design which is made by holing rotor core and magnet shifting. This paper designed 7.5kw PMSM, which analyzes optimization design method and discusses effects on motor performance. FEA simulation results show that the new design rotor structure improved motor´s dynamic performance, and reduced torque ripple. Therefore this method is feasible in practice, and the final conclusions provides some references for optimization design of PMSMs.
