Abstract :
Based on TCP congestion control algorithm, a new TCP-mobile algorithm is presented and simulated in mobile ad hoc networks. TCP-mobile algorithm is composed of four stages algorithms: the s low start, the congestion avoiding, the fast re-transmit and the fast restoration. But the symbols that this algorithm distinguishes from other algorithms lies in: TCP-mobile algorithm can heuristic differentiate between bit error and network congestion. Simulation results show that, TCP-mobile algorithm can get better performance than other algorithms.
