After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.

This paper analyzes the current development of China degree program construction and evaluation at first. Then specific self-evaluation method for degree program in university is investigated and a set of evaluation index is established. At last, a web based degree program self-evaluation system is presented for pilot practice.
