Abstract :
A low temperature cofired-ceramic (LTCC) lump-element duplexer is presented in this paper. It is constructed using a low pass filter and a high pass filter based on lump-element components. The low pass filter and high pass filter are both true fifth-order topology with two multilayer L-C resonators, leading to a sharp selectivity and two transmission zeros individually at 1.61 GHz and 2.49 GHz.
