Abstract :
Ratio errors of inductive voltage dividers (IVDs) can be reduced by using trifilar ropes for the multifilar winding fabrication. Unevenness of distributed parameters of such a multifilar winding does not exceed 10%. Positioning the largest members of mutual capacitances matrix nearby of its main diagonal provides tenfold reduction of an IVD ratio error. The model of inner capacitive load distribution is verified by direct measurements of the rope currents by means of a current comparator.
