On Tangut characters recognition based on stroke density and direct image features

It is of great important to fulfill digitalization and text. Based on the stroke density feature approach and image feature one, the paper illustrated the recognition process of photocopies of Tangut historical documents. The experiments show that these approaches are effective by achieving accuracy as well as saving time. The recognition results are satisfactory.
