Abstract :
In this paper a compact antenna based on LTCC (low temperature co-fire ceramic) technology is designed and simulated. The center frequency is about 2.45GHz and it is an omni-directional antenna and its polarization is linear. By means of EM full wave software simulation, the bandwidth of VSWR<;2 is more than 200MHz and its peak gain can reach 2.3dBi.The antennas size is about 6mm*4mm*1.2mm.The length is less than λ/8.It is a compact chip antenna and can be used for Zigbee, WLAN, etc.
