Abstract
Personalized and inclusive eLearning scenarios in scalable open architectures feature several challenges. In particular, to manage, what, when, how and why offering recommendations to users in these scenarios we have designed a recommendations model and a multi-agent architecture. The paper presents the motivations of our work for intelligent support in inclusive eLearning, introduces the approach for the multi-agent architecture and the recommendation model.
