Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

The prototype teaching is not only one kind of new teaching idea for the key problem in the reform of current course education, but one kind of teaching model as well, which takes fast mastery the elementary knowledge as a foundation, the innovation ability cultivation as a core, and the quality internalizes as the goal. From the aspects such as classroom teaching, practice teaching and innovation practice, this model pays more attention to cultivate an undergraduate´s innovative ability. With a long practice in university the authors work with, this model can be regarded as a good reference for making teaching program, and for the reform of teaching content and mode.
