Abstract :
A ccc bridge was completed in 2000 with uncertainties of several parts in 10/sup 9/ for comparison of QHR to 100 /spl Omega/ or 100 /spl Omega/ to 1 /spl Omega/. Then a bilateral comparison of 1 /spl Omega/ resistors with ETL of Japan was carried out and only a difference of 1.3 n/spl Omega/ was found.
