Abstract
This paper presents the control strategy adopted for a high efficiency single stage, single phase circuit topology. The power circuit consists in the association of a full-bridge isolated DC-DC converter with two input inductors connected to the mains, to assure sinusoidal input current. The paper explains the control techniques that allow the accurate and simultaneous regulation of output voltage and input current. Design criteria and experimental results are presented to evidence the performance of the converter and of the respective controllers.
