Abstract :
This paper explains the microstrip line transmission-mode dielectric resonator model and the approach of low phase noise voltage-controlled dielectric resonator oscillator. For oscillators, the design mainly takes into account model design and using the CAD tools to auxiliary the oscillator design. After explaining, a practical oscillator is showed an example: 9.96GHz VC-DRO.
