    Under guidance of system science, characteristics of composite-type talents in IT fields were analysed; a double-pyramid structure model of cultivation platform was presented including hardware dimension, process dimension, and software dimension; a three-dimensional structure model was proposed for cultivating system; then the system function with three-oneness of knowledge-ability-quality is described. And then, the framework system of support mechanism was constructed from three aspects such as teaching resource, teaching management and culture atmosphere. Thus an universal thought of composite-type talents cultivation in IT fields was accordingly offered from systematic view.
