Abstract :
The procedure for determination of the frequency dependence (FD) of ceramic capacitance standards characteristic is developed. It is based on application of air capacitance standards with calculable FD, a special summation device and a step calibration method. Measuring instruments are used that allow to compare the capacitance of single capacitors with nominally equal sum capacitance of their combinations. FD of ceramic capacitance standards are determined in the range 100 pF-1 /spl mu/F at frequencies from 50 Hz to 1 MHz. The measurement uncertainty is 0.01-0.1% (k=2).
