Abstract :
For the overload of Buses on the highways, this paper has designed an overload control system which can figure out the exact number of passengers through the infrared emission germinate transistors, then the number will be analyzed by the central processing unit made from single-chip to find whether the coach is overloaded or not. If overloaded, the speakers alarm will issue the warning, and the relay control circuit will lock the automobile engine to prevent an accident.
