Abstract :
The paper describes the design and the development of an improved system for AC-DC transfer measurements in the 1 mV range at cryogenic temperature. A new thermal system has been built. The design of a device with two heaters for application in differential configurations is optimized for a more suitable time constant. A second thermometer in the same chip is used as a sensor for the second stage of the temperature control.
