Abstract :
This paper is aim to establish a precise microwave power density standard device, whose frequency range is from 1GHz to 18GHz and the maximum value can be 10mW/cm2. It can satisfy the requirements of the calibration of microwave probe better and solve the problem of affiliation for microwave power density.
