Abstract
Carnegie Mellon University´s Software Engineering Institute (SEI) has developed a set of software assurance curriculum guidance documents, which provides a foundation for preparing a software security workforce. This article describes the SEI Software Assurance Curriculum Project´s work and the curriculum guidance documents. A case study illustrates how individuals could use the curriculum guidance.
