Abstract
With the in-depth application of information, enterprises have become increasingly profound understanding of informationization on the impact of organizational innovation. The construction of informationization can not be separated from the introduction of information technology and information technology can not be separated from users and agents-employees of the enterprise information process. After the study of the organization theory and the construction of enterprise informationization, the author makes use of two variables which are the informationization level and informationization capacity to study the impact to organizational innovation and expect to give a hand to the construction of the enterprise informationization.
