  • Abstract
    Studied the ideas and methods of classification and grading from the perspective of supply chain management in the emergency contingencies. For the characteristics of supply chain operations and emergency management, Established the supply chain of unexpected events grade classification index system, with unexpected incidents occurred after the disposal process of change through the dynamic classification methodology highlights the impact of the time factor to the classification and grading. The types and intensity of the unexpected events can be identified by classification and grading system. To provide the basis for disposal for the emergency plans.
