Abstract :
This paper studies service revenue management problem by combining resource allocation with pricing optimization. We begin a homogeneous and deterministic demand scenario, where the optimization can be deduced to a linear equation problem. Then we show how such property can be leveraged in stochastic and heterogeneous scenarios to reduce computational complexity. The efficiency of such algorithm is illustrated in the experiment by the comparison with some popular algorithms.
