The Implementation of the college students´ innovative activities is a brand-new topic of the teaching reform and a systems engineering. There exist several questions analyzed in this paper about students´ science and technology innovation activities. According to the practice of project in depth, the role position acted by the teachers can be divided into three types: consultant, partners, leader of the project. Five links are proposed and analyzed about the role position of tutor. Furthermore, the related management mode is proposed to cultivate the innovative talent, including Reforming the curriculum system to promote the innovation and reform, Constructing the innovation base and providing the places and examples for the students´ innovation, Deepening the implementation effect of the innovation project by evaluating the project.
