Abstract
A cepstrum analysis based method for radar target identification is proposed firstly. The traditional one nearest-neighbor classifier is used as a classitier. The computer simulation shows that the correct identification rate based on complex cepstrum and cepstrum feature is batter than that based on spectrum.
