Abstract :
The paper deals with the personal competence of the group using linear programming. Any organisation exists for achievement its own goals and proposes. The organizational purposes are reached by the teamwork of all personnel. The success of the organisation mostly depends on its managerial part of the personnel. Therefore the correct estimation and selection compatible and effective staff is the main aspect of competitive advantage. Especially it is important when organisation introduce the matrix structures which correspond with the modern conception of management. Matrix structures also are effective in the conditions of more and more growing level of competition. As is known, when organisation use the matrix structure inside it must be created the temporary groups for performance of any project, i.e. the teams which must includes specialists in various areas. This team should be balanced for the effective decision of a problem. It is impossible, if all team consists only of leaders or only of creative persons who are worse adapted for management of a team. Performance qualities of managerial work are too hard to estimate adequately. Therefore it´s necessary to estimate personal characteristics instead of performance qualities for selection of a corresponding team and for creation of a new motivational stimulus to staff´s self-improvement.
