We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.
The presenting author of this paper has the option to appeal this decision by contacting TPII@ieee.org.
Proposing the optimal path solution basing on constraint conditions, through the analysis of the problems with VRP and TSP with dynamic ant colony algorithm in the non-closed path, which provides the reliable basis for the choice of logistics paths and effectively solve VRP.
