Abstract :
We divided the process of the crisis information spreading after paroxysmal public crisis break out into three periods, each period has different features for crisis information to dissemination. Because the dissemination of crisis information on the social network is very similar to the disease infecting process, we proposed a disease infection like two-stage dynamic crisis information spreading model. With the assumption that the crisis information only contains real crisis information and rumors, and considering of the interaction of real crisis information and rumors, we discussed the dynamic rules of crisis information spreading on social network in different stages. By simulating the model on the computer, we found some factors which affect the crisis information dissemination, and give some policy advices.
