  • Abstract
In this paper the authors analyzed the coal mine accidents causes from system dynamics perspective which is different from traditional accident analysis. With system dynamics simulation method, the authors analyzed the kinds of hazards and unsafe behavior of employees in the coal mine accidents of China from organizational and management perspective. Time delay and feedback effect in the system cause were analyzed after the simulation. The research showed that the time delay and feedback bring up complexity in the coal mine system. With causing mechanism analysis in the process of incident, the authors provided kinds of suggestion for coal mine administrator in decision making from system dynamics perspective to prevent the system accidents, which would be helpful in reducing accident rate of mining industry for China.
