  • Abstract
The compensation is the key link in multiinstitutions for Urban House Dismantlement. Currently, the studies home and abroad, on the issue of urban house dismantlement compensation tend to focus merely on policy analysis and regulation criterion research, with few papers on the stakeholders. Four major stakeholders of the urban house dismantlement are the government, the dismantlement office, the dismantlement implementing department and the residents. The key to address the interest conflicts among the stakeholders is to carry on the system innovation and acquire interest balance through public interest limitations and impartial compensation. The core elements of interest coordination include three sections: limiting or regulating the continuously fierce conflicts; decreasing the harmfulness resulting from the conflicts; promoting the rational communication and cooperation among the conflicting stakeholders. The research findings have important strategic significance in making up the insufficiency of present house dismantlement compensation system.
