Abstract :
In order to realize the purpose to diagnose project implementation efficiently, two prerequisites should be provided. One is the reference standard of diagnosis index, two is the judgment standard of diagnosis result. All diagnosis indexes are divided into three kinds according to the approaches to establish index standards, their corresponding standards are established by three ways. Based upon which, the problem about standardization of diagnosis values is also solved by zero dimensions for diagnosing project implementation easily. Furthermore, a new hierarchical formula of diagnosis method is put forward for actualizing different diagnosis purposes, and a judgment standard is established to identify the implement status according to the engineering experiment results and suggests from some project experts. Finally, a real construction example is presented for explaining how to use the construction diagnosis method and prove the validity of the method.
