Abstract :
Double principal-agent relationship is the initial driving mechanism for the formation and development of logistics services supply chain. The characteristics of double principal-agent mode of logistics services supply chain are investigated firstly, and then the double principal-agent model of logistics services supply chain is built based on the theory of principal-agent. Further research is done with several numerical experiments. The results of research show that the Pareto-optimal state in the double principal-agent mode can not be achieved because of members´ individual rational decision-making behaviors. And some conclusions are drawn, including influencing factors for members´ effort level, the change mechanism of the initial profit distribution coefficient and the second profit distribution coefficient, which could provide some basic ideas to the construction of incentive mechanism in the operation of logistics services supply chain.
