To estimate the spatial distribution of geochemical elements, 13 elements Cu, Pb, Sn, Ag, Zn, As, Sb, Bi, Hg, Mn, Cd, W and Mo in tectonic breccias samples in Gaosong ore field Yunnan province are determined, the multifractal model are proposed to characterize the spectra of geochemical pattern, The result shows that some important multifractal parameters based on GIS-based Geological Data Analysis System (GeoDAS): singularity index α, mass exponent τ(q), fractal dimension spectrum f (α) and generalized dimension Dq can describe spatial association and singularity of geochemical elements effectively. The asymmetry shape of f (α) curve indicates the different patterns among the geochemical elements; the degree of multifractality τ"(1) value of all elements are less than 0, which can be can be used as a measure of irregularity of geochemical spatial dispersion patterns. The research also proves that Sn concentrate much better than other elements in study area.
