Abstract :
New characteristics and trend of intercross of current technology, economy and social development are analyzed in this paper. The development motivation is researched and the idea of new dimensions of intercrossed innovation source is proposed; Model of Intercrossed innovation source system is set up by using of viewpoint of system analysis engineering; system structure and interaction mechanism of internal environment is analyzed; innovation effect of the system is analyzed: it is the new innovation active factors, new innovation source factors, new innovation energy factors, new innovation affinitive factors generated in intercrossing generation field that enable the system to have power innovation performances such as innovation radiation effect, innovation spillover effect, innovation prepotency effect, innovation concentrating (integration) effect, etc. necessary conditions for the benign operation of intercrossed innovation source system is pointed out; it discovered the revolutionary guidance action that intercrossed innovation source idea creates to the innovation practice activities of technical innovation, economic innovation and the innovation of society and humanity.
