Integrated innovation the source of modern enterprise´s competitive advantage

Innovation is the source of enterprise´s competitiveness. With the frequency of innovation getting more and more fast, the technology becoming more complex and technology development input getting harder, enterprise can no longer get competitiveness from the traditional single liner innovation. Only by integrated innovation which is self-reinforcing can enterprise become invincible. In this paper, we first review the innovation theory and the five kinds of innovation models, and then introduce the meaning and features of integrated innovation. At last we analyze how enterprise gets sustained competitiveness from integrated innovation.
