Abstract
The crosscorrelation and autocorrelation properties of the concatenated orthogonal/long PN sequence are analyzed. The results are used to evaluate the performance of this new spreading scheme for direct sequence spread spectrum CDMA in a multiuser/multipath fading environment. The channel is assumed to be Rayleigh or Rician faded. The analysis is carried out using two types of receiver: single correlation receiver and maximum ratio combiner
