Abstract

In recent years, the equity ownership structure of the listed company has drawn the attention of the world. The paper introduces the nonfinancial indexes, for example equity ownership structure, to improve the financial early-warning study. Firstly, we have chosen 60 agricultural listed companies as the object of study. Secondly, we use the factor analysis method and SPSS15.0 software to establish the Logistic financial early-warning pattern. Finally, we test the samples to confirm the effectiveness of early-warning patterns.
