Abstract :
After the introduction of several methods for supplier selection, TOPSIS was used by supplier selection and improved. Coefficient of variation made the weight of TOPSIS more objective. Though an example, TOPSIS was compared with purchase cost comparison and confirmed its objectivity. Enterprise could select appropriate suppliers by this improved TOPSIS.
