Abstract
We consider the standard H∞ control problem for a generalized plant described by a descriptor system based on the DGKF approach. It is shown that the H∞ problem is solvable if and only if the two related generalized algebraic Riccati equations (GAREs) have admissible solutions satisfying certain conditions. Furthermore, a parametrization of all the H∞ controllers is given. Our result is parallel to that for a state space system
