Abstract :
Nonlinear fuzzy immune PID can accommodate some nonlinear characteristics because it allows the parameters varying according to system states. Acid-base neutralization in chemical industry process has strong nonlinearity. A novel fuzzy immune PID control algorithm was proposed. One of the benefits of the suggested approach is that controller parameters can vary in large-scale. Basing on the model of acid-base neutralization, a simulation experiment was implemented to verify its control performance. The experiment results (Figure 3 and 4) show that fuzzy immune PID can achieve better control performance than auto-adaptive fuzzy PID and conventional PID.
