Abstract :
The implementation of knowledge value chain management is inevitable choice for enterprises to enhance their core competitiveness. In this paper, studies on knowledge value chain at home and abroad are reviewed; the principles to define the knowledge value chain model of enterprise and the principles which should be followed to implement the knowledge value chain management are brought forward. Based on above, with reference to the Balanced Scorecard model a system which is used to evaluate the knowledge value chain management performance in enterprises is established. Taking a typical enterprise for example, entropy weight combined with TOPSIS evaluation method is adopted to evaluate the enterprise knowledge value chain management performance for demonstration.
